What is Creative Edge?

As Agile practitioners, most of us have received ample training in the theory and practice of Agile Development. But when it comes to training and coaching, we are often left to “wing it.” All too often that means we resort to the “stand and deliver” method–lecture and PowerPoint.

Training and Coaching are skills in their own right, requiring facility in creating opportunities for experiential, interactive learning. These workshops are designed to bring the practicing Agilist’s facilitation and teaching skills up to par with our knowledge and expertise in the Agile field.
